REGIONAL CENTER PRINCIPAL/CEO
George Xu is the founder and the principal of the Century New York City Regional Center (CNYCRC). Mr. Xu is also the founder and the President of Century Development Group, a real estate development company based in New York City. With nearly 20 years of real estate holding and development experience, he has worked on over a million square feet of real estate developments; mixed-use developments including residential, hospitality, office, and retail. The total value of his completed projects is calculated to be over $237, 000,000. The net worth of his current and developing projects is anticipated to be over $421,000,000. The total assets of his projects is over $658,000,000.
He has also worked in all phases of assembly, acquisition, finance, design, construction, marketing and sales. Mr. Xu’s projects have involved close collaboration with the City of New York, as well as the State of New York on issues including zoning, land use, and environmental matters, and he provides marketing oversight and policy guidance for the Regional Center’s operations. Mr. Xu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from New York University, New York.
Qili Li, MD
REGIONAL CENTER PRINCIPAL
Qili Li, MD, FACOG, is a principal of CNYCRC. Dr. Li has been in private practice for more than15 years specializing in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology in downtown Flushing, Queens County, New York City. Dr. Li attended the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education. She graduated Magna Cum Laude. After receiving her Medical Doctor degree from New York Medical College, Dr.Li completed her internship and residency training in Obstetrics/Gynecology at North Shore University Hospital at Manhasset, New York. Dr.Li is board certified in the specialty of Obstetrics/Gynecology. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics/Gyneoclogy (ACOG). In recent years, Dr. Li has expanded her interest/investment into real estate. She is currently involved in several real estate development projects ranging from high end condominiums to hotel construction.
Brent Li
GENERAL MANAGER
Brent is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, and audit functions. Brent also performs management of operating cash flow and financial analysis for development projects and investor distributions. Brent oversees the finances and property management of the undeveloped and finished projects. Brent has many years of experience in Information Technology and construction project management. Brent has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SUNY at Buffalo and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic institute.
Frank Yu
DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING CONTROLLER
Frank brings many years of experience in property and construction finance, condo sales and management. His daily operation involved communicating with lenders, brokers and equity partners. He sources and negotiates terms with Mezz and Senior lenders to get the best term and interests for the construction projects. He also reviews the loan documents with the attorneys. Frank has a MBA of Finance degree from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering degree from New York Institute of Technology.
Tracy Law
DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Tracy Law is the director of project management of CNYCRC. Ms. Law is responsible for a full spectrum of the operation to ensure projects are done on time and within budget. Her constant communication with contractors and architects provides a strong network of relationships in the field. She is responsible for supervising and coordinating OS&E and FF&E. She is integral in bringing new hotels to full operation. Ms. Law graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York.
Hugo Hu
PROJECT MANAGER
Hugo Hu is the Project Manager of CNYCRC. He is mainly responsible for the construction and organization management of construction sites to ensure quality and progress. He has many years of engineering project manager experience. With efficient execution ability and good team communication and cooperation ability, Mr. Hu effectively coordinates cooperation between various departments and contractors to achieve overall project objectives.
Jimmy Jin
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
Jimmy Jin is the Associate Project Manager of CNYCRC. He is mainly responsible for assisting the project manager to complete the project undertaken. He is also responsible for the safety, quality, technology, and cost control of the construction site. He helps the project manager in communicating with all relevant departments in good and effective manner.
